Gizelle Bryant is getting real about her former marriage. The Real Housewives of Potomac makeup mogul was wed to megachurch pastor Jamal Bryant for about eight years until she discovered his infidelities and the two split. Now, she says, it's best to leave if you know you're not happy.
"Biggest lesson I learned from my marriage is that I'm never doing that again!" she joked to Personal Space in the video (above). "Okay, no. When it's bad, leave. You only have one life. You do need to work as hard as possible within your marriage, but once you feel like it's not working anymore, don't stay in something that's making you miserable. 'Cause you're making everybody else around you miserable, you're making your kids miserable. Just get out, that's what I have done and you can get divorced and look like this," she said, pointing to herself.
Not a bad way to look at getting back into the dating pool after divorce in what might otherwise be a fairly traumatic event.
